Mert AI Medya designs and builds AI-powered systems (including but not limited to call handling, messaging automation, and customer follow-up) for businesses. The exact scope of work is defined individually with each client following a consultation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our services do not require a long-term contract, and clients may cancel at any time.
Setup fees and monthly fees, if applicable, will be agreed upon before work begins. Pricing depends on the scope of the project and is confirmed after a free audit.
If you're not happy with the system within the first 15 days after it goes live, we refund your payment in full — no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us within that 15-day window at info@mertaimedya.com.
Clients agree to provide accurate business information and timely access to any accounts, tools, or data needed to build and operate the agreed system.
While we build every system with the goal of measurable results and stand behind our work (see Our Promise), outcomes can vary depending on factors outside our control, including but not limited to the client's market, existing operations, and third-party platforms.
To the extent permitted by law, Mert AI Medya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Any custom systems, workflows, or materials we build for a client remain usable by that client for their business. We retain the right to reuse general methods, templates, and know-how developed during our work.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
